The SC-FREQ-DIN is a DIN rail–mount, user-configurable signal conditioner with a 2–400 Hz input range for measuring DC pulses from sensors to 0.5% accuracy.
The Frequency Signal Conditioner accurately measures DC pulses from sensors across a 2–400 Hz range with 0.5% accuracy, making it ideal for industrial automation, motor control, material handling, and rotational equipment monitoring. It is designed for installation on a standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail and powered by 12–24 V AC/DC.Fully configurable via free software, the unit’s dual outputs are selectable as digital (open collector) or analog (4–20 mA), enabling seamless integration with control and monitoring systems. The software also allows configuration of 10 independent alarm setpoints, and additional settings for comprehensive monitoring.The Frequency Signal Conditioner is also compatible with Trumeter’s APM Gateway (sold separately) for a complete remote monitoring solution featuring free access to the Trumeter Cloud platform for real-time monitoring, data logging, alarm alerts, and API connectivity.
