The SC-PROC-DIN is a DIN rail–mount, user-configurable signal conditioner for measuring 0-10V DC / 0-50mA / 4-20mA inputs to a 0.1% accuracy.

The Process Signal Conditioner has a user-selectable input (0–10 V DC, 0–50 mA, or 4–20 mA) that delivers 0.1% accuracy, making it ideal for precise process control in applications such as variable speed drives, and flow or pressure transducers. It is designed for installation on a standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail and powered by 12–24 V AC/DC.Fully configurable through the free configuration software, the unit’s dual outputs are selectable as digital (open collector) or analog (4–20 mA), enabling seamless integration with control and monitoring systems. The software includes a 20-point non-linear scaling table for accurate conversion of signals from non-linear sensors, 10 independent alarm setpoints configuration and additional settings for comprehensive monitoring.The Process Signal Conditioner is also compatible with Trumeter’s APM Gateway (sold separately) for a complete remote monitoring solution featuring free access to the Trumeter Cloud platform for real-time monitoring, data logging, alarm alerts, and API connectivity.
