The ENTCM25C is an electric coiling machine capable of coiling cable, rope or similar materials onto drums or a coiling head. It has manual layering and a mechanical length counter. The machine winding is started from a push button mounted on the traverse arm handle.
 
Speed is variabe via a speed control knob from zero to around hand-winding speed. There is also a 'Dead man switch' - the operator must have both this and the start button on the traverse to start the winding to prevent accidents.
 
The control panel has an emergency stop button, speed control pot and a winding direction selection switch.
 
The machine includes a pay-off bar/stand which is retractable, so the machine takes up less space when not used. Typical Applications:-Re-coiling cable, Re-coiling Rope, Coilng HoseCapacity - 25Kgs (Manual lifting guideline) on plywood drum / Plastic Spool

Coiling - Optional Standard Slide on coiling head with fixed internal diameter of 450mm - outer diameter 600mm - 150 internal width. Other sizes available with different internal dimentions i.e 250mm, 350mm.
 
DRUM Capacity - MAX diameter 600mm, MAX width 350mm, MAX drum bore 95mm, MINIMUM drum bore 30mm.
 
Pay-off drum max size - Diameter 100 cm, width 55cm, drum shaft 30mm O.D. for larger drums you will need  a DR2R DRUM ROLLER.
 
This will be shipped on a standard 100cm x 120cm Europallet.
